The cap of main pot could be lifted flexibly, which helps a lot for cleaning the pots. The dumping discharging function could ensure the greatest extent on outlet of finished material, avoiding the waste of material. It is applied for the large volume production, which is the priority for small and medium size enterprise.

Composite scraper impeller is for all kinds of complex formula, optimizing energy efficiency.

Ptfe scraper caters to agitation of tank , scraping the pot wall effiently.

Homogenizer is installed at the bottom of the pot, increasing the power of the motor more thoroughly and more powerful. It could  also give full play to the effect of homogeneous for a small amount of production.

Motor with strength balanced isotactic curve and accordingly stator could realize high energy shear fluid, grinding, centrifugal, ensuring paste is exquisite, smooth; Pot body and pipe surface mirror polishing is 300 mesh (health), conforming to the cosmetic and the requirements of GMP.

Homogenizer with frequency control of motor speed is optional, the highest rotating speed of which is 4500r/min.
